Sorry you haven’t heard from me lately. I’m digging out from the Blizzard(s) of 2010 both literally and figuratively, but will return this week with an update on trademark protection proposals in ICANN’s new generic top-level domain initiative as well as some tidbits from the world of online behavioral advertising.
